Jenny Haller, CRP
Venues & Charity
Jenny Haller is a Client Account Manager for Chase and covers the Mid -West Region & RMC accounts for Chase’s Relocation Mortgage Program.
Jenny serves as the “single point” of contact for Chase’s clients in a dedicated Account Management role. She educates and consults with corporations to evaluate home purchase policies to ensure they have the “best practice’’ in place to support the needs of their domestic and global workforce.
Jenny joined Chase in March 2016. She previously spent 18 years at Huntington Bank holding various positions within the Relocation Department. Her knowledge of the relocation industry has enabled her to effectively manage and build relationships with her clients.
Jenny has her CRP and is a member of Worldwide ERC. She has been on the Board for the Relocation Council of Central Ohio for the past 10 years. She also serves on various Planning Committees. Jenny operates out of the Columbus, Ohio centralized relocation service delivery center.
Tima Sanyal, Venues & Charity
Tima Sanyal is the president and founder of Sanbar City Consultants. The company developed from a passion for assisting corporations with their employee relocation needs. Tima brings 15 years of real estate experience to Sanbar City Consultants. It is a niche business that stands out from other rental relocation companies because of the customized services for each client.
Relocating to a new city can be stressful, and it is our goal to be directly involved with the client and corporation to take the burden out of finding the ideal community and apartment home. We are dedicated to building a long-term relationship with our clients.
Dannell Piper, CRP
Database & Corporate Liason
Dannell serves both the Ohio State campus and Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She is passionate about helping ensure a successful transition for new employees and their families who are relocating to Columbus. Dannell brings with her 25 years of professional real estate experience with the last ten years focusing on employee relocation.
Prior to joining Ohio State, she worked at Nationwide Insurance as a senior relocation consultant, in which she supported transferees relocating throughout the US. She collaborated with talent acquisition to help distribute updates to relocation packages and policies. Her most recent role was with Graebel Relocation where she worked on the Amazon Team overseeing provisions, costs, and negotiations related to the associate’s relocation process. Dannell has held her real estate license since 1998 and earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation in 2018.
James Herlihy, Secretary
As co-owner of Herlihy Moving & Storage, James Herlihy brings more than 25 years of transportation industry experience to managing a third-generation family-owned moving company. An IMPACT Award-winning agent for Mayflower Transit with locations in Columbus, Chillicothe and Athens, Ohio.
Herlihy Moving & Storage expedites household and office moves within Ohio, across the country and throughout the world. Services cover all aspects of packing, loading, transportation, storage and logistics.
James is a Certified Moving Consultant of the American Moving & Storage Association and a Certified Quality Labor Trainer of Mayflower Transit.
Active in the Columbus, Ohio community, James serves on the boards of the Ohio Association of Movers and the Relocation Council of Central Ohio. He belongs to the American Moving & Storage Association and is Pro Mover certified.
Rose Muncey, CRP
Treasurer
Rose is a Relocation Specialist for Nationwide, a Fortune 100 Company and one of America’s largest and strongest diversified insurance and financial service organizations.
Rose has been with Nationwide for 25 years. Prior to Nationwide she worked for Frigidaire.
Rose provides support to Nationwide relocating Associates and their families from candidacy through settlement in their new job location. Rose is the primary point of contact for her transferee’s providing extraordinary care.
Rose has her CRP and Real Estate License. Rose has been on the Relocation Council of Central Ohio (RCCO) board for over 25 years. Rose currently serves as Treasurer.
Amanda McCullough, Communications
Amanda McCullough is a Regional Sales Manager at CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and oversees Ohio and Pittsburgh. She joined CORT in 2014 and is a Real Estate Agent and Certified Property Stager. In her everyday role, Amanda feels that everything is possible through service. She understands that relocation is stressful and aims to give each and every customer the best possible experience whether they are renting furniture from CORT or utilizing CORT’s Destination Services.
Amanda also serves as President of the Great Cincinnati Relocation Council and Vice President of the Northeast Ohio Relocation Roundtable. She has also served on various committees for GLRC.
